With kindness, creativity, and just the right amount of fun, Lauren Essl effortlessly removes the typical stresses of real estate transactions and creates a memorable and exciting journey for her clients.
 
Born and raised in Texas, Lauren obtained a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University, specializing in international studies of arts and culture and communication. A creative entrepreneur, Lauren built a successful career as a professional calligrapher and graphic designer in addition to several years working as a sales and account management professional. While living in Fort Worth, Lauren and her husband renovated a 1932 bungalow, which sparked her deep affinity for homes and design. After relocating to Seattle in 2017 for her husband’s work, they completed a second renovation on their midcentury modern home in Madrona.
 
Embracing her passion for homes and design and her newfound love for the Pacific Northwest, Lauren joined the real estate industry in 2021. Since then, her strong customer focus and thoughtful communication have cultivated trusting relationships with all she serves. For Lauren, nothing has been more rewarding than sharing her clients’ joy of getting their dream home or selling their property for top dollar.
 
Away from real estate, Lauren is a dedicated volunteer at the Seattle Humane shelter. She and her husband have three dogs, whom they adore. In her free time, Lauren enjoys art collecting, interior design, and calligraphy.
