Sarah Nickel Smith is dedicated to advocating for her clients using detailed and timely communication with all parties and working to ensure clarity throughout the process. She also brings a genuine enthusiasm and passion for real estate.

Sarah is proud to call upon her legal experience throughout the homebuying and selling processes — be it during negotiations, while preparing the multitude of forms used during a transaction, or when working to mitigate potential issues. She recognizes that buying and selling homes is a major life event and strives to ensure her clients feel supported and informed at every step.

Sarah grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Tacoma, Washington, for college. After graduating, she attended Seattle University for law school. Sarah has now lived in the Greater Puget Sound for more than 15 years, and she falls more in love with it each year.

Sarah works hard to combine her Midwestern friendliness, knowledge of Greater Puget Sound real estate, and legal experience when helping her clients to buy or sell their homes.
