All Pets Deserve Care: Proud to Partner with Doney Coe Pet Clinic this Holiday Season
As pet parents we’re all too familiar with the necessity of quality veterinary care for our furry family members. We believe that home is where our pets are, and for that reason we’re delighted to be supporting Seattle’s Doney Coe Pet Clinic for this upcoming holiday season and beyond.
Doney Coe provides free veterinary care to low and no-income clients and has done so for over 35 years. This year the clinic received the incredible gift of an entire veterinary clinic space (as well as its equipment!) at Third and Stewart, yet even with their new home, like all facets of life, veterinary care has gotten vastly more expensive since 2020. Marti Richardson Casey, President of the Board of Directors for the clinic, reports that in the past two years the cost of veterinary care has increased 30%. If you’re interested in learning more, Real Change had a great feature on Doney Coe in September, check it out!

From now through the end of the year, Stoop & Gable will be collecting the following items for Doney Coe:

  • Cash donations – donate here and send us a copy of your donation receipt so we can say THANK YOU!
  • Dog harnesses – any size
  • Dog leashes
  • Blankets
Only new or gently used items, please! We will be collecting items at our holiday event on December 3rd at General Porpoise from 11:30AM-1:00PM, as well as making house calls to collect your generous donations. Please email us at [email protected] to coordinate a pick up of your donation. We’re hopeful that through this partnership this holiday season we’re able to make life a little bit easier for Seattle’s pet population and their owners.
Cheers to our peers with the furry ears!
